Butterscotch


What you need…
  • 115 grams of butter
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
How you do it…
  • Place all ingrediance into a saucepan and place over a medium heat on the stove.
  • Melt the butter, using a wooden spoon to stir.
  • Bring the mixture up to boiling and let bubble continuing to stir.
  • The mixture will start to change colour, once it turns into a caramel colour take it off the heat.
  • Pour over baking paper that is lining biscuit tray.
  • Let cool completely and break it up 
  • enjoy over ice-cream, cakes or on it own.
