What you need…
- 115 grams of butter
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
How you do it…
- Place all ingrediance into a saucepan and place over a medium heat on the stove.
- Melt the butter, using a wooden spoon to stir.
- Bring the mixture up to boiling and let bubble continuing to stir.
- The mixture will start to change colour, once it turns into a caramel colour take it off the heat.
- Pour over baking paper that is lining biscuit tray.
- Let cool completely and break it up
- enjoy over ice-cream, cakes or on it own.
